About Us
Where the kitchen was never wrong
Brass has been in Indian kitchens for over four hundred years. Copper, longer. These metals weren't chosen because they were beautiful — though they are — but because they worked. Better heat. Better taste. Better for the body. The kitchen knew, even before we had the science to explain it.
Kasa Casa began with a simple observation: the things that belonged in Indian kitchens had slowly disappeared from them. Not because anything better replaced them — but because nothing equal showed up.
We're here to fix that.
Made where it has always been made
Moradabad has been the centre of India's brass and copper craft for centuries. Our manufacturing is rooted here — in the same workshops, with the same inherited skill, now brought to the precision that modern standards demand.
We're not a brand that discovered artisanal manufacturing. We are the manufacturing. HV Metals, the family business behind Kasa Casa, has been supplying brass and copper metalwork for decades. When we built Kasa Casa, we didn't look for a maker — we looked in the mirror.
That means every piece leaves Moradabad with something no import or quick-cast equivalent can replicate: the confidence of three generations who have never made a bad batch on purpose.
What we make, and why
Kasa Casa makes brass, copper, and kansa kitchenware — cookware, serveware, drinkware — for people who cook seriously, eat intentionally, and want their home to reflect that.
Each piece is designed to age gracefully, clean honestly, and work better the longer you use it. We don't hide the maintenance. Brass patinas. Copper oxidises. We tell you how to handle it — because the people who own these pieces deserve to know what they have.
The name
Kasa — from Sanskrit, meaning to gleam or shine. Casa — home. A home that gleams. Not because it's decorated, but because what's in it has earned its place.
